 Method and rate:

Chinesemagic.com offers free shipping for an order equal $75.00 or more (pre tax and shipping charge) through USPS Priority Mail with Deliver Confirmation and insurance within USA except Puerto Rico.

Normally, packages will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, and we provide all USPS Priority Mail packages with Deliver Confirmation free, so that our customers can track the orders through track numbers.

If the packages are too heavy (more than 10LB), we may ship via UPS or USPS ground packages, in the case, please be aware the delivery may take 2~10 days to reach.

For security reasons, Chinesemagic.com ships to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. In addition, Chinesemagic.com is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after it is delivered by USPS, if you concern about this situation, please select Priority Mail With Signature Confirmation when you check out.

 Order Tracking:

Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking number when an order has been shipped. To track USPS packages, please go to USPS website.

 Shipping Rules and Restrictions:

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Chinesemagic.com Customer support may contact customers for additional information if it becomes necessary. Normally orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we couldn't provide delivery service, we will notify the customer immediately by e-mail or phone, the customer's credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

 15-Day Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. Sorry, we can not refund freight charge, final sale merchandise or personalized items. Free shipped items will be charged the actual shipment fee for original items and 5% handling and restocking fee, when the items are returned. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

To return item(s) to Chinesemagic.com, please email us prior to returning any item or for any questions. Sorry, We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

 Order Cancellation:

If you'd like to cancel or change a shipment for any reason, please e-mail us at service@chinesemagic.com and make sure to include your order number as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. we can not change or cancel a shipment once it has already entered the shipping process.

If you want to cancel the purchase order after the shipment, please make sure you check out and follow our item return policy listed above. we do have 15 day money back return policy.
